Of The Breakaway Civilization

The Breakaway Civilization is a group of elites that have a secret space program in the United States and perhaps other countries.  Their space program is funded by trillions of tax payer dollars that are unaccounted for and they have embedden themselves in the corporate and academic world.  Also, they have factions within the deep state representing them.  It is unknown how old The Breakaway Civlizations is.  Its possible it is hundreds of thousands of years old.  UFO researcher coined the term Breakaway Civilization.  According to Oxford scholar Joseph p Farrell, much of The modern Breakaway Civilization formed during the events after World War 2.  Especially since the Cold War was taking place.  Its possible the war on drugs during the 1970s up to today and the war on terrorism has shifted the power structure of The Breakaway Civiliztion.
Catherine Austin Fitz has done research on the finance aspect of The Breakaway Civilization and Secret Space Program.  Indeed, The Breakaway Civilization and The Secret Space Program have major economic and financial implications.  Over the last five years The Dark Journalist has interviewed Catherine Austin Fitts, Joseph p Farrell, Richard Dolan, and several other people on The Breakaway Civilization.  It is estimated that by now The Breakaway Civilization has stolen hundreds of trillions if not quadrillions of dollars from the governments of other countries in the form of black budgets.
The Black Budget is being used to fund the Secret Space Program by The Breakaway Civilization.  On top of this they have used securities fraud, mortgage fraud, high frequency trading of secreties, government bailouts, and derivative trading to raise money for their operations.  A derivative is a financial contract whose value is based on, or "derived" from, a traditional security (such as a stock or bond), an asset (such as a commodity), or a market index.  Currently, the derivatives market has a total worldwide value of 1.2 quadrillion dollars.  This dwarfs the world GDP of 80.6 trillion dollars.  This is a major risk to the global ecnomy.  The issue of derivatives could cause a massive financial crises.
The Glass Steagall Act was passed into law in 1933 during The Great Depression.  This legislation seperated commercial banking from investment banking.  Investment banks perform Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) for companies that are going public.  This means the investment bank would market the stock of the company going public.  Investment banks often engage in risk high speed trading especially of derivatives.  This has resulted in massive losses for many banks.  During The Clinton admninistration this act was repealed and commercial banks were allowed to engage in investment banking.  This led directly to the 2008 financial crises.  The Dod- Frank legislation was passed into law in 2010.   The act established a number of new government agencies tasked with overseeing various components of the act and by extension various aspects of the banking system.  This legislation does not go far enough to prevent mortgage fraud or prevent commercial banks from munipulating the economy by engaging in high frequency trading.  The Glass Steagall Act needs to be reinacted and commercial should not be allowed to engage in risky trading of securities.  Also, the government needs to do more to prevent no interest, no income mortgages.  These steps are neccesary to ensure the stability of the economy.  The financial system needs to serve the economy, rather than be its master.  The financial industry is becoming a larger percentage of the economy and there is less physical production taking place.  The real economy that involves physical production is suffering.  I've mentioned in my earlier blogs the need to implement a system of Placed Based Finance and Industry.

Roseau's Philosophy Part 2

Rousseau wrote in his works "Discourse On Inequality" and "The Social Contract" that mankind was good in a prehistoric when people lived in the wilderness and they were in a state of nature where they were hunters and gatherers. Then they were corrupted by society once they started to live together in cities. I suspect that this is because society makes people more materialistic and they start to envy each other.  I also suspect that this is why he said in the "Social Contract", "Man is born free, and everywhere he is in chains. One man thinks himself the master of others, but remains more of a slave than they are." I think that this may be because some people are trapped by their materialistic desires for money and power.
The assumption is prehistoric times mankind had an egaleterian society is flawed.  We do not know enough about prehistoric society to know this.  Based on what we know about sociology we can assume that there would have been leadership amongst these groups and various role that would have determined that status of the members of such a society.  Also, we do not know whether or not prehistoric humans were materialistic.  The notion of the noble savage is false because it has been shown in Native Austrialian societies that they are not always morally sound.  For example, some of the Native Austrialian practiced infanticide.  I added a link below to an article on the history of infanticide and I credit this source for last sentence.

Here is the link to an article on the history of infanticide.

Of Ancient Sumerian And Persian Magic And The Cosmic War

In approximately 8,000 B.C the Neolithic Revolution led to the develoment of pottery, advanced agriculural methods, and mud brick villages.  This led to an increase in the population and trade.  Eventually, textile production, metallurgy, and the production of weapons became coveted skills.  These early villigers settled along the fertile plains of the Tigris- Euphrates, the Nile, the Yellow River, and the Indus.  Also, political and religious life developed in these communities as they grew.  Use of pottery expanded to Greece, modern day Turkey, and western Iran.
By about 3,000 B.C Summerian civlization was developing on the Tigris and the Euphrates.  Many of these cities had a population of 10,000 or more.  They constructed greatly adorned temples that became academic communities with teachers, mathmaticians, priests, and astronomers.  Also, these temples were utilized for food distribution.  The Summerians made use of clay tablets for recording commerce and literature including the Epic of Gilgamesh.  For the facts used to describe the Neolithic Revolution and the rise of Summer I will cite Dr. Ian Barnes's book "Mapping History: Classical World".
The Summerians often beleived that the world was threatened by demons and human sorcers.  In Sumer they had incantations. Speaking directly to the demons, the magician, in an effort to protect himself from the demons, announced his associations with the good white magic gods Enki, Damkina, and Asarluhi was a typical refrain. ( Don’t try this at home.) The next was an incantation of protection for all the innocent bystanders. This was followed by… a very detailed description of each demon and the result of their evilness.  The final incantation was directed at the objects used in the white magic ritual, thereby enchanting them with white magic. Onions, dates, branches, salt, cedar, wool, flour, incense, sea water, matting, wool, are all examples of objects that would have been imbued with sacred healing power.  The information on this incantation can be credited to an article titled "Sumerian Magic & Sorcery".
The Persian Empire started in about the sixth century BC as a group of semi-nomadic tribes who raised sheep, goats and cattle on the plateau of modern day Iran.  The Persians engaged in art in many different ways including metalwork, rock carvings, weaving and architecture.  I'm going to quote from the artice "Persian Empire".

"Early Persian art included large, carved rock reliefs cut into cliffs, such as those found at Naqsh-e Rustam, an ancient cemetery filled with the tombs of Achaemenid kings. The elaborate rock murals depict equestrian scenes and battle victories."

Ancient Persia metalwork included small golden chariot, coins, and bracelets decorated in a griffon motif. (The griffon is a creature from mythology with the wings and head of an eagle and the body of a lion, and a symbolized the Persian capital of Persepolis).  The ancient Persian nomadic tribes engaged in carpet weaving.  Persian hand woven carpets were admired by the ancient Greeks well known for their complicated design and flashy colors.  Persepolis was the capital city of the Persian empire and it is a famous archeological site.  In Persepolis, the palaces were constructed on enormous terraces.  The temples were adorned with decorative facades that involved a lengthy rock carving that the ancient Persians are famous for.
In 550 BC Cypres The Great rose to power over the Persian Empire.  Under his reign the empire expanded greatly.  At its height the Persian Empire spaned from Balkan Peninsulain in Eastern Europe in parts of modern day Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine to the Indus River Valley in northwest India and south to Egypt.  They became the first civilization to connect Africa, Europe, and Asia by a stream of communication and commerce.  They establish much infrastructure building many roads and establishing the first postal service.  Persia became a worldwide center for culture, religion, science, art and technology.  Cyprus The Great allowed the conquered people to practice their own religion and use their own language.  He even freed the Jews and let them go back to Isreal.  Alexander The Great took over the Persian empire apporoximately 200 years after Cyprus's reign causing the fall of the empire.  The source for ancient Persian history is an article titled  "Persian Empire".
In ancient North Asia the Aryan tribes began to seperate with some of them going to invade India.  Others went to Sumer and Persia.  It is thought that a doctrinal disagreement caused them to split. It was between Zoroastrian and Vedic religions they were of the same religion.
The Persians practiced Zoroastrianism in which  the god Mazda became the only deity worshiped, the only representative of goodness, light, wisdom. The cult of Mithra, Anahita and most other deities were then condemned, and major reforms on the nature of religion and its symbols were made (fire that previously had a divine connotation in Persian became no more than the symbol of light, as emanating from Mazda).  Zoroastrian purity means a participation in the maintenance of the cosmic order, in collaboration with intermediate powers, which are as many degrees of increasingly high intelligence, from the human to the divine level.
I suspect that part of the reason that the tribes split up is because they supported different factions of the surviving elite of the cosmic war.  Also, they may have wanted to reunite factions of the cosmic war elites to prepare for when they want to breach the cosmic Versailles or it ends.  They may have had a template for how the middle east should be set up, so they laid the groundwork for modern day Middle East.
The Cosmic War is a theory that mankind was in a great war at the very begining of civilization.  This theory is based on texts in the bible and a number of other ancient texts such as The Vedas.  These texts describe a conflict early in the history of mankind, and much of the fighting takes place in the sky.  Some scholars think some of the fighting may have even taken place in space.  It is thought the war had to do with one side being supported a devine being while the other side rebelled against this devine being.  Dr Joseph p Farrell discusses this theory in his book "The Cosmic War".  Also, he gave a lecture on this topic at a conference on July 11th, 2016.  In this lecture he explained the possibility that mankind is living in a "Cosmic Versaille" as a result of the "Cosmic War".  This "Cosmic Versailles" in theory would have meant that certain weapons had to destroyed and the weapons that could not be destroyed had to be hidden.  Such a treaty would also put limits on the weapons that mankind is aloud to build and quite possilby limit where humans are aloud to travel in space.  In his lecture Dr. Farrell used ancient texts such as the bible and Sumerian texts to back up his claims.  I watched both parts of his lecture and it is very interesting.  I put links to both of those lectures below.

Of Classical Music

I'd like to talk about something we can all relate to, classical music.  As I've mentioned in previous blogs traditional western culture is under attack by the elites.  This undermines our roots as a people.  We have a heritage worth perserving.  Classical music is being ignored as pop and hip hop take the center stage.  I played the clarinet and the bass clarinet in middle school.  I have made my New Years resolution to learn how to play the piano among other instruments that are part of traditional western culture.
I suggest that we have an annual classical music concert to honor traditional western culture. This could be done at a high school or a college.  This would encourage traditional western culture to be practiced amongst our nations youth.  We could have universtities and high schools work together to understand the deeper meaning of the classical music.  Oxford scholar Joseph p. Farrell has pointed out that the octaves in music have a deeper meaning.  In ancient Greece they refeered to octaves as being masculine or femine depending on the octave.

Of Machiavelli's Philosophy and Brexit

This is from Niccolo Machiavelli's the Prince Chapter 9 The Constitutional Principality published in 1532, "A man who becomes prince with the help of the nobles finds it more difficult to maintain his position than one who does so with the help of the people.  As prince, he finds himself surrounded by people who believe they are his equals, and because of that he cannot command or manage them the way he wants. A man who becomes Prince by favour of the people finds himself standing alone, and he is near him either no one or very not prepared to take orders.  In addition, it is impossible to satisfy the nobles honorably, without doing acts of violence to the interests of others; but this can be done as far as the people are concerned.  The people are more honest in their intentions than the nobles are, because the latter want to oppress the people, whereas they want only to not be oppressed."
This quote relates to modern times because technocrats such as Macron and Merkel were put into power by favour of the elites they are surrounded by people that they find hard to manage.  In France the Yellow Jacket movement is leading to massive protests.  People are stockpiling on necessisities such as food.  Macron's and his prodecessor Francis Hollande's socialist policies have increase the debt as a percentage of GDP and caused a spike in youth unemployment.  Growth has slowed and the people have had enough.
German prime minister Angela Merkel has stepped down as the party leader.  The economy is doing well, and the industrial sector is rebust.  No thanks to Angela Merkel's technocratic policies.  She has firm control of the European Union and she may well be the Empress of Europe.  I find it distrubing that Germany rushed to bail out Greece during the Greek debt crises in 2012 as this was an attempt to gain control over Greece.  Greece would be Germany's colony.  At the time I strongly suspected that Germany was looking to manipulate economic policy by means of bailing out indebted countries to feul their socialist policies.  I am not a socialist.
In the Summer of 2016 U.K voters voted to leave the European Union (EU).  I posted a video on this issue on my You Tube Channel called The Inquiring Humanist.  Since that vote took place Theresa May has failled to negotiate a fair deal for the U.K.  I strongly suspect that this is the result of technocrats and central banksters holding onto power.  This would be the European Central Bank (ECB).  Currently, European Union regulations make up 50% of U.K's laws.  Also, she has not yet come up with the solution for the Northern Irish border as it has always been open to being crossed freely.  She has not offered solace to Scotland which is opposed to leaving the customs union.  Theresa May wants to leave the customs union.  This would free up the U.K to negotiate trade deals with other countries around the world.  Especially, developing countries in Africa, South Americs, and Asia.  The U.K could retain London's position as a financial powerhouse by making loans to developing countries, and this could happen in concert with China's One Belt One Road Policy.

Of The 2008 Recession and Rebuilding The Real Economy

This is a quote from Plato's A Republic chapter 6 Democracy Part 9 Imperfect Societies Book Eight, "Our next subject, I suppose is democracy.  When we know how it originates, and it is like, we can again identify and pass judgement on the corresponding individual", Plato said.  "That would be consistent with the procedures we've been following", Socrates said. "Then doesn't an oligarchy change into democracy in the following way, as a result of lack of restraint in the pursuit of its objective of getting as rich as possible",  Plato said.  "Tell me how", Socrates said.  '"Because the ruler, owing their power to wealth as they do, are unwilling to curtail the extravagance of the young, and prevent them from squandering their money and running themselves; for it is by loans such spend thrifts or by buying up their property that they hope to increase their own wealth and influence", Plato said.  "That's just what they want", Socrates said.  "It should be clear that the love of money and adequate self discipline of its citizens are two things that can't coexist in any society; one or the other must be neglected.', Plato said.  "That's pretty clear".  "This neglect and the encouragement of extravagance in an oligarchy is often reduces to poverty men born for better things", Plato said.  "Yes, often" Socrates said.  "Some of them are in debt, some disenfranchised, some both, and they settle down, armed with their stings, and with hatred in their hearts, to plot against those who have deprived them of their property and against the rest of society, and to long for revolution." Plato said.  "Yes, they do", Socrates said.  Meanwhile the money-makers, bent on their business, don't appear to notice them, but continue to inject their poisoned loans wherever they can find a victim, and to demand high rates of interest on the sum lent, with the result that the drone and beggars multiply.", Plato said.  Yes, a result that's bound to follow.", Socrates said.
It is evident that in the 2008 financial crises hundreds of billions of dollars worth of property was destroyed or even stolen.  The bailouts to the banks and auto industry was a solidifying of the elites control over the United States.  This is socialism.  This is not free market capitalism.  This is removed from anything Adam Smith or Fredick Heyek would have advocated for.  This is clearly the result of monopolistic capitalism.  I highly suspect that these actions are being taken intentionally in order to strike outrage in the people, so that eventually when this economy fails to mend they can replace monopolistic capitalism with facism.  This would be similiar to Italy under Mussolini.  Also, the financialization of the economy is ruining our culture and our society. This means that as the financial industry (commercial banking, investment banking etc) grows as the percentage of the overall economy productive activity (manufacturing, physical output) will decrease.  The real economy that includes physical production and middle class workers needs to thrive in order for our society to flourish.  Unfortunately, the economy has been organized around high frequency trading, and lending money to corporations to buy back shares of the company.  Meaning, less money is utilized productively and the elites have no incentive to invest in human capital.
Now your probably thinking that this a bleak picture.  The middle class is dispearing, the culture is under attack, and we do not have a working education system.  The solution is Placed- Based Finance and Industry.  I may have mentioned this in other blog and I may be a broken record by the time I post several blogs.  Placed - Based Finance and Industry is putting the means of production for the goods and services on consumes in their local community.  This means that the utility one would receive by purchasing goods and services is increased by the betterment of the local community.  If one were to save money that person would invest it locally or regionally.

Of The Afterlife

Buddhist and Hindus believe that mankind reincarnates until the soul obtains enlightenment then the soul goes to Nirvana.  In Christianity they believe the soul goes to heaven or hell depending on how that person lived in their physical life. The Orthodox Church believes that if we go to heaven our soul merges with God.  The Catholic Church believes the soul must first go to purgatory then proceed to heaven.  Others, believes that it is like a drop falling in the ocean the ocean.  The drop retains its "dropness" for as long as possible before merging with the vast ocean.  The drop is the soul and the ocean is just a vast gathering of souls not a divine being.  This would mean that we would lose our personality in the afterlife.  It would be like meditating.
Personally, I believe that you retain your personhood. This means that you keep your personality, memory, knowledge, and spirit in the afterlife.  I have not researched this topic in depth.  I will post more on this topic later.  Perhaps, after I've addressed various cultural, political, and economic issues in depth.

Of A Military Back Currency

The U.S dollar has had a connection to geopolitics unlike any other currency in history.  Seventy percent of new money is created by banks in the form of loans.  The U.S. has a petro dollar recycling system with Saudi Arabia.  The U.S dollar combined with the global financial system is a ponzi scheme.  The US dollar is essentially an oil backed currency. This gives Washington a powerfull financial weapon.  After Saddam Hussein switched from using the US dollar to the euro in oil trading he was overthrown by the U.S.  Dick Cheney then released a document calling for more military spending and involvement in the middle east.  Bush used 9/11 to invade Iraq and Afghanistan.  He also falsely accused Iraq of making a nuclear weapon.  Once Iraqi oil fields were under U.S control the U.S dollar was used to trade oil.  Sanctions were imposed on Iran as they challenged the U.S dollars dominance.  The U.S dollar is a military backed currency.
In 2009 Mummer Qaddafi was named chairman of the African Union.  He immediately proposed the formation of a unified state with a single currency.  In March 2009 the African Union released a document about running a central bank under an African gold standard for a single currency for the whole continent of Africa.  Libya, Syria, and Iran committed the crime of challenging the US dollar.  The armories of the Libyan government were looted and shipped via Turkey to Syrian rebels.  In 2013 Al Queeda tried to frame the Syrian government for 2 saran chemical attacks.  In 2000 Qatar put forward a proposal run a natural gas pipeline through Syria and Turkey to Europe.  Assad rejected the proposal.  In 2011 Assad made a pact with Iran and Iraq to have a pipeline built through those countries eastward cutting out Saudi Arabia and Qatar.  Saudi Arabia and Qatar want to topple Syria.  The pipeline would strengthen Iran's position.  Ukraine tried to join Russia and the US tried to topple their government.  Germany was also part of that operation, and they were succesfull.  The current regime in the Ukriane has close ties to neo-Nazis.  The U.S bombing of Syria is leading us into World War 3.   The public is sleepwalking into a tragedy.
President Trump recently singed a one page memo authorizing the reorganization our current space force.  This means we already have a space force.  He has also said that we need another "space force".  This is mostly because the U.S has to protect assets in space such as its financial clearing system and communication satelites.  In later blogs I will address the issue of the space program and its economic implications.  The U.S is not alone in this effort.  China, Portugal, and the U.K have a consider space program, and its possible that those countries could establish their own military in space.  These countries also have considerable assets in space that they need to protect.  Soon the reserve currency will not be based on the country that is the greatest sea power, but rather the country with the most powerfull space navy.

Roseau's Philosophy and The French Revolution

This is from Of The Social Contract by Roseau Chapter 7 Of The Sovereign, "His absolute and naturally independent existence can make him see what he owes to the common cause a gratuitous contribution, the loss of which will be less harmful to others of it is burdensome to himself.  And viewing the corperate person which constitutes the State as a fictive being, since it is not a man, he would enjoy the duties of a subject: an injustice that if it persisted would cause the ruin of the body politic.
Thus, in order that the social pact should not be a vain formula, it tacitly incorporates a commitment that alone can give force to rest: namely, that whosoever refuses to obey the general will shall be constrained by the entire body.  This means nothing more than he shall be forced to be free.  For such is the condition that, by giving each Citizen to the Fatherland, guarantees him against all personal dependence."
What Roseau is saying here is that in order to be free you must submit yourself to the general will.  This is collectivist philosophy that does not work because in order for a society to prosper individual freedom must be valued.  It is important to note that Roseau had an impact an Carl Marx and Friedrick Engels.  The idea that social inequality justify's a collectivist system does not hold water when one analyses the benefits that small business ownership brings to society.  Roseau is clever at changing the meaning of words.  Roseau had a major influence on the French Revolution which resulted in the deaths of thousands of people.  However, the monarch was unable to hold on to power, and a republic was temporarily installed.  The church's land was taken away.  Fifteen percent of the land in France was owned by the church.  King Louis the sixteenth was executed.  In the following years The Committee of Public Safety under the leadership of Robespierre had a number of people executed.  This became known as The Reign of Terror.  Soon after he was executed as members of The Committee of Public Safety feared for their lives.
Then Napoleon Bonaparte took over France as emperor.  He invaded many European countries, and their colonies in the New World seized the opportunity to declare their independence.  He spread the ideas of the enlightenment.  For example, he used a system of meritocracy and created thousands of noblemen on the basis of merit.  Also, he applied meritocracy to all of his appointment decision.  His ideas appealed greatly to the peasants in the countries he invaded.  Napoleon sold Louisiana to America in 1804.  This is commonly known as The Louisiana Purchase.  After he unsuccessfully invaded Russia, Prussia took advantage of the opportunity to topple his regime.  He was exiled to an island east of Italy.  He soon reclaimed power in Paris, and moved his army to Waterloo, Netherlands where his army was promptly defeated.  He was exiled to an island of the west coast of Africa.  The old monarchy in France was put back in place.
After this war was over a conference was held by the European oligarch to discuss ways to keep the monarch in power.  A period of religious, cultural, and political conservatism ensued from 1815 to 1860.  This meant that the conservatives at the time believed that organized religion was necessary to maintain the social order.  Also, the conservatives that a monarchy was needed to keep citizens in line.

Of Corporate Personhood

This is a quote from Two Treatises of Government, The Second Treatise, Chapter 7 Of Politcal of Civil Society, "Man being born, as has been proved, with a Title to perfect Freedom, and an uncountroled enjoyment of all the Rights and Privillages of Law and Nature, equally with any other Man, or Number of Men in the World, hath by Nature a Power, not only to perserve his Property, that is, his Life, Liberty and Estate, against the Injuries and Attempts of other Men; but to judge of, and punish the breaches of that Law in others, as he is perswaded the Offense deserves, even with Death it self, in Crimes where the heinousness of the Fact, in his opinion requires it."
The propisiton of corporate personhood violates these principles.  Corporate personhood came about in the late middle ages and the early renaissance when corporations first came into being and the elites needed to set up the legal infrastructure for these corporations to operate in.  Originally, corporations were simply a group of people granted a charter to perform a specific function.  These groups would seek out favors from religious or secular authority.
The problem is how do you put a corporation to death?  A corporation only gets fined for any criminal activity while the individuals who commited those crimes can sleep in their own beds.  A corporation that gains a monopoly can be broken up.  Indeed, trust busting would put an end to Silicon Valley's stranglehold over the information technology, and not to mention the banks monopoly of the financial system.  In the business environment a diversity of companies and small business is needed.  This is lacking in the finance and technology industries.
In the early 1900s trust busting put an end to The Standard Oil Company's monopoly over the oil and railroad industries.  As I mention in a previous blog, even conservative economist at the time wanted this to happen because monopolies infered with the working of the free market.  Indeed, monopolistic capitalism is not free market capitalism, nor is finance capitalism.  Both systems are bound to bring about an economy controlled by a small number of people with very little if any competition.  Also, the political system would be under the control of small group of oligarchs.
In order for democracy to thrive the marketplace needs to be free and open for everybody.  This means that people would engage in entrepreneurial activity, and that consumers would have plenty of choices.  Also, corporations would not be above the law, and any monopolies would be broken up.  I've mentioned in earlier blogs the need to have a placed based system of finance and industry in which the goods and services people consume are produced in the communties they live in.  People would be able to talk to the people the are involved in the process of producing the goods and service they buy.

Of Free Trade

This is a quote from Adam Smith's The Wealth of Nations book four Of Systems of Political Economy Chapter One Of The Principal Of The Commercial Or Mercantilist System, "Consumable commodities, it is said, are soon destroyed; whereareas gold and silver are of a more durable nature, and, where it not for this continual exporation, might be accumulated for ages together, to the incredible augmentation of the real wealth of a country.  Nothing, therefore, it is pretended, can be more disadvantageous to any country, than the trade which consists in the exchange of such lasting for such perishable commodities.  We do not, however, reckon that trade disadvantages which consists in the exchange of the hard-ware of England for all the wines of France; and yet hard-ware is a very durable commodity this continual exporation, might too be accumulated for for ages together, to the incredible augmentation of pots and pans of the country. "
For the last five decades the United States and other western countries have been importing oil from Middle Eastern and Latin American countries using the U.S dollar as the global reserve currency.  America has been running massive trade deficits in which the U.S imports goods from China and oil while sending the commodity of the U.S dollar to the exporting countries.  Trade deficits can result from an influx of capital from forieng countries.  America's trade deficit is the result of importing massive amounts of oil and consumer products.  China has manipulated its currency by brining down the value of the yen against the U.S dollar in order to make Chinese goods cheaper than U.S goods.  In response Trump has implemented tarrifs against almost all Chinese exports to the United States.
Also,  developing countries such as Mexico have seen automobile and steel production move to those countries as a result of lower production costs.  These lower costs arise from a lack of environmental and labor regulations.  Wages tend to be substantialy lower in those countries.  Trump has implemented tarrifs on the imports of automobiles and steel.  These tariffs will likely reduce the trade deficit, and decrease the incentive for factories to outsource production to other countries.  National security is also playing a role in the implementation of these tarriffs.  Production of steel and other essential parts and materials for military equipment is safe to make in the country utilizes that equipment. This means that there is reshoring of capital from foreign countries to the United States beyond just defense contractors.  It started on the east and west coast and it will eventually move to the heartland.  This will also involve bringning in human capital especially from Asia.  Also, there will have to more investment in human capital at home.
