Of NATO

                   The following is a quote from Sir Francis Bacon's "Essays and New Atlantis" first published in 1627 from chapter 19 Of Empire, "During that triumvirate of kings, King Henry the Eighth of England, Francis the First, King of France, and Charles the Fifth, Emperor, there was such a watch kept that none of the three could win a palm of ground, but the other two would straight-ways balance it, either by confederation, or, if need were, by a war; and would not in any wise take up peace at interest; and the like was done by that league (which Guicciardini saith was the security of Italy) made between Ferdinando, King of Naples, Lorenzius Medicis, and Ludovicus Sforza, potentates, the one of Florence, the other of Milan. Neither is the opinion of some of the schoolmen to be received, that a war cannot justly be made, but upon precedent injury or provocation; for there is no question but but a just fear of intimate danger, though there be no blows given, is a lawful cause of war."
            I suspect that because the superpowers China, Russia, and the U.S are competing for land that NATO and the EU was formed to prevent this conflict from getting out of hand.  Also, I suspect that this is also the reason they are building a Common European Military.  Germany has already incorporated units from other European countries into their military.  In other words, they already have a Common European Military.
          There is a school of thought called the Zbigniew  Brezezinsk school that NATO was founded to counter the threat of Germany once it became a super power again.  This prediction seems to have been accurate.  When Prime Minister of the U.K, Theresa May, went to negotiate Brexit she went to Berlin to meet with Angela Merkel the Prime Minister of Germany.  Also, when Greece was on the brink of bankruptcy it was Germany not the European Central that bailed out Greece.  Germany has also been at the forefront of the European Union's migration policy.  Angela Merkel has supported allowing Europe to flooded with migrants from North Africa and the Middle East.  Most of these migrants are young males claiming to be under the age of 18 and they receive welfare from the government with no plans of looking for work.  This would be a cheap labor source for the elites in Europe.  In summary, Germany is clearly in charge of the E.U and I support the hypothesis that NATO was created to reign in Germany.  
         China and the U.S are the two major AI superpowers.  China claims to have recently used CRISPR to successfully genetically modify the embryo of several new born babies.  Also, China has been building its one belt, one road project across Eurasia and Africa.  In order for the one belt, one road project to be successful, China has to build out financial clearing systems and communication systems in space.  China has lent an exorbitant amount of money to African countries in order to fund the one belt, one road project in Africa.  This could lead to China having more influence over the governments of countries in Africa.  Russia has been selling missile defense systems to countries such as India and Turkey.  The Democrats in the U.S accused Russia of meddling in the 2016 U.S election.  Russia has denied these allegations and there has been no evidence found of Russian interference after a lengthy investigation by the federal government.  This means Russia did not interfere in the 2016 U.S election.
